Know what works, what is limited, and what remains gated.

What is Venturoost?

Venturoost is an operating workspace that connects records, evidence, work, and decisions across the business. It is intended to sit above the accounting, payroll, banking, field-service, and other systems a company already uses—not replace those systems of record.

Who is it for?

Venturoost is industry-neutral and intended for startup founders and existing business owners. Trade and service-business scenarios are useful early examples, not a restriction on who the platform is for.

What can a private-beta user use today?

Implemented surfaces include business discovery and profile, manual monthly money snapshots, people onboarding, assets and maintenance, private documents, technology incident guidance, in-app notifications, support intake, internal no-write action review, team roles, and provider-dependent read-only connection flows. Each surface shows its current status and limits.

Is Venturoost generally available?

No. It is a controlled private beta, and invitations are not open yet. The team is completing hosted authentication, tenant-isolation, cleanup, worker, recovery, and observability evidence before inviting testers.

Which integrations are live?

No connector is marketed as generally available. Plaid and QuickBooks have sandbox contract validation. Jobber remains under specification review and is not currently a supported connection. Connection flows are read-only, require provider configuration, and cannot write to external systems.

Can Venturoost take actions for me?

It cannot perform external provider writes today. The current action flow can prepare an internal proposal or review item with supporting information. A high-impact action requires fresh approval for one exact case, and standing approval is not accepted.

How are suggestions controlled?

Suggestions must link to supporting information. Tested rules retain authority over arithmetic, permissions, compliance applicability, severity, priority, action levels, approvals, and verification.

How is business data isolated?

The server resolves organization context from the signed-in membership. Tenant-owned tables use Postgres row-level security, explicit organization filters, and same-tenant relationship checks. Browser-supplied organization IDs are not authorization.

Can I upload documents?

The authenticated document workflow supports private uploads for bounded file types and sizes, hash and metadata verification, signed downloads, and role-bounded deletion. Unless private scanning is configured, every uploaded file remains labeled unscanned and is not treated as authentic or legally sufficient.

Does it replace my accountant, lawyer, insurer, or compliance professional?

No. Venturoost organizes information and evidence. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or regulatory advice and does not certify that a business is compliant.

How much does it cost?

Planned launch list pricing is $249 per month for Starter, $599 per month for Command, and starts at $1,250 per month for Scale. These plans are not available for purchase yet: self-service checkout, customer billing management, final plan limits, and production billing remain gated. Requesting early access does not require a card or create a paid subscription.

What support is available?

The beta includes business-specific in-app issue, question, and feedback requests with status and a preserved history. Email, SMS, push, live chat, a response SLA, automated resolution, and staff-response delivery are not currently promised.

Is there a public demo?

Not currently. The public website explains the implemented surfaces and their limits. Public sign-in stays hidden until private-beta invitations open, and early-access requests do not create an account automatically.
