This notice covers only the information submitted through the Venturoost early-access form.
What the form collects
Your work email is required, and your trade or business type is optional. A consent field records that you agreed to this use.
Why it is collected
Venturoost uses these details to evaluate early-access interest and contact you about that early-access request. The form does not create a product account.
Where it is processed
The form is processed by a Venturoost service on Cloudflare. The submission is stored in a private Cloudflare database and a notification is emailed through Cloudflare Email Service to the project owner's verified inbox.
Current limits
Early-access submissions are retained while the private-beta list is active and reviewed for deletion no later than 24 months after the latest request. Submit only information needed for the purpose above. Do not submit customer records, credentials, financial records, health information, or other sensitive business data.
